It is designed to critically discuss the issue of process serving industry. It is non commercial. By design this page will be used to share with and petition government legislators and rule makers so they can be fully informed via direction to and interaction with its content as it may relate to their legislative or regulatory (civil or criminal) activities regarding process servers.

NAPPS Members

How do you like them apples! It is a very inspiring message combined with accountability.

NAPPS Is a non profit trade organization of approximately 2200 members as of 2013. In order to become a member of NAPPS a person must:

  • No felony convictions that have not been expunged or pardoned.
  • Affiliated with the process serving profession for a minimum of one year.
  • Must abide by the NAPPS Bylaws and Code of Ethics.
  • Provide a copy of a valid drivers license.
  • Pay $175.00 annual dues and $25.00 application fee.
  • Recommendations from two persons who know of applicants affiliation with the process service profession.

In my experience with NAPPS members I have found the overwhelming majority are professional. In the United States it is estimated there are over 50,000 process servers. NAPPS has been in existence for over 30 years. There are 2200 members in NAPPS representing over 2,000,000 process a year.
