It is designed to critically discuss the issue of process serving industry. It is non commercial. By design this page will be used to share with and petition government legislators and rule makers so they can be fully informed via direction to and interaction with its content as it may relate to their legislative or regulatory (civil or criminal) activities regarding process servers.

Georgia State Association


REMEMBER this is NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION UNDER IRS RULES TAX EXEMPT:

Led by Chuck Genter until 2005 and then wrested away by Paul Tamaroff. Paul owned it until 2012 when Paul Tamaroff's wife Deb Duchon took over as its president. Just a little diversion for diversion sake as the battle against the sheriff takes another state and step forward.

Was NAPPS involved in meddling and wresting control of the independent non chartered State association called the Georgia Association of Professional Process Servers. In this article April 2002 you can sense there was displeasure and it may show the beginning of the plan for the National association to intervene in the operations of a state association and wrest control from the current board. ( last paragraph first page and second paragraph second page)
(you should also note that the president of that ousted board Chuck Genter was expelled by NAPPS shortly thereafter)

On January 19, 2003 Tamaroff showed up with several members to the GAPPS conference and voted out the old board with apparent NAPPS direction.
