There has been a growing trend in the process serving industry to lobby for educational components to be a process server. Now I suppose since I have a graduate degree in non profit management and a bachelor degree in criminal justice I could benefit from this exclusionary scheme and pass their challenge. if it was about me , but it is not about me!

The secondary scheme that is occurring under the guise of regulations is a mandatory renewal education requirement. Generally I have found all renewal education course for whatever trade I was in to be the same stuff year after year. The changes could simple be handled by a trade association mailed out the changes to its members and include a professional requirement for its members to be knowledgeable of same. Yet what the associations are doing is using this as a tool to grow itself over the trade. Force members to join!

The associations led by NAPPS leaderships example have no self control to properly manage such a program. Case in point the evasion of over 400K in taxes is not a good example to propagate among the associations. Crowe is propagating the evasion of taxes throughout the associations as seen in this example in North Carolina. If you think the state association are safe from the meddling take a look at my opinion and documents relating to NAPPS in Georgia

The private gain of certain members and associations to provide the training at a profit effects the credibility of their proposals. Mr John Perez lobbied Maryland recently for an educational component. Mr John Perez, Mr Robin Mullins and Mr Tony Klein have a concerted effort to provide this education across the country. It is a source of conflict among many of the free states to be forced to pay a provider that creates the very laws using their trade member fees.

Mr Perez company
Mr Mullins company
Mr Klein company

Now there is great concern that money is used from a non profit for travel and expenses and support in the lobbying of these provisions. If successful the gains land to the private benefit of individuals providing these services.
